GUI
GUI (pronounce as a single word goo-ee) is an acronym for Graphical User Interface.
A GUI is a type of user interface which allows people to interact with electronic devices such as computers using graphics (icons and pictures and menus) instead of typing commands.
This type of interface lets users control computer operations by pointing with a device such as a mouse, to control a cursor on a monitor that is running a windowing system.
